NEABOT is a luxury pet grooming kit with 5 attachments, which has been reinvented to make pet grooming much simpler. The Neabot has a solution for home trimming or brushing your pet at home with no mess. The hair from the clipper and brushes will automatically vacuum all the loose hair in a clever cylinder container which you empty after each use. This product is distributed in the UNITED KINGDOM by LUX OF LONDON who will resolve any issues or concerns with your Neabot product. The Neabot comes with a 2-year guarantee for peace of mind which will be dealt with by Lux of London. The clipper is unique with a stainless and ceramic high quality standard blade for the perfect trim for your animal. Neabot will give you a clean trim and a hair free pet which makes it a lot easier especially within the home, as there is no mess.

What is your Shipping Policy ?.

1. Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date ( and time slot if applicable ) set out in the dispatch confirmation unless there is an event outside our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. 2. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us. 3. The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. 4. You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. 5. Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, to which we may not be able to deliver within the provided timescale. We accept orders for delivery to addresses within the UK Mainland ( including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Skye, and Isle of Wight ). We also accept international orders: however, you will be responsible for any tax or import duties that might occur within your country.

How long will my order take to process and when can I expect it ?

Currently our processing time can be around 2-3 days to arrange, however this is sometimes reduced depending on the amount of orders we receive. Our delivery times at present are between 3-5 days, however this depends on the location and our dispatch times. Your consumer right of a return and refund.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract for the period set out in clause 2 below. This means that durling that period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and recieve a refund. This does not affect your legal rights to cancel the contract, advice on which is available form your local Citizens' Adice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. 2. Your right to cancel a contract starts from the date of dispatch confirmation, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 30 days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the products. 3. To cancel, please contact us in writing to tell us by email: You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. Your cancellation is effective from the date you started the conversation or email to us. 4. If you excerise your right to cancel, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products, but not the applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case: a) 14 days from the day you return any goods supplied, or provide evidence that you have returned them, or b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. Please note any products you wish to return within the 30 days, must be returned unused and in the condition in which we sent it to you. Any items returned to us used and in poor condition will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.
